Great purchase!

I bought both the light/medium and heavy flow Asan cups a few months ago and ever since my period has been such a breeze. As someone that has super heavy flow on one day but then light flow for 5 days afterwards, this combo pack was the perfect solution.

Perfect for light and heavy periods

I switched to the Asan cup recently and strongly recommend getting the two sizes together. You can easily change between the two cups depending on how much you bleed. I use the heavy flow cup on the first 3 days of my period and then switch to the lighter cup. They’re super comfortable and once it’s inside me I dont feel the cup at all, no matter which size.

How do menstrual cups work?

A menstrual cup is a bell-shaped device that collects period flow. Fold your cup in half and insert into your vagina. Your cup will pop open and form a leak-proof seal. You can wear your cup for up to 12 hours. To remove, locate your cup using the removal ring, then pinch to break the seal and wiggle your cup out. You can wash your cup and re-use it straight away.

Is the Asan cup safe to use?

Yes, it is extremely safe. The Asan cup is made from USP Class VI silicone, which is the same material used in heart stents. It is biocompatible and does not contain plastics, toxins, BPAs or harmful chemicals. We have a patent for our design and follow strict quality standards.

Why should I get both sizes? 

If you are new to cups, you may want to begin by trying the light/medium flow size as it is slightly smaller and softer. Once you are comfortable using it, you can try the heavy flow size which is larger and firmer. Many Asan cup users use the heavy flow size for the heavier days of their period, and then switch to the light/medium flow size for lighter days.
